This is the genuine OKIN JLDQ.19.385.169Z01 linear actuator. This actuator is direct replacement of the OKIN JLDQ.19.385.169Z01 linear actuator, as well as other JLDQ.19.385.169Z0X models (such as JLDQ.19.385.169Z02). If your model number is different, this actuator won’t be a suitable replacement.

• This actuator has three cables and plugs, the female 2 pin plug connects to the deputy motor (usually for head cushion or lumbar),  the male 2 pin plug connects to the power adapter, the female 5 pin plug connects to the remote controller.
